The Queen of Hearts

Whoo hoo!!! Done it, finally!
Tim's 12 Tags of 2013
Hi everyone,

Yes, my Tim tag is done - phew!!  Really didn't think I was going to make this month.  February has flown by so quickly.  I haven't done everything on the list, but, tomorrow is the start a new month, so there'll be a new list.  It's going to be a busy month I can tell.  First off it's my birthday - yeah! (21 again).   I have a few days away on the Indigo Blu Craft Retreat - can't wait!  It's the GNPE in Harrogate (lots of crafty stash to buy), and Lauren and Alex are back over again.

Anyway, on to my February Tag .........
Not quite the same as Tim's, but then again, it never is!
As usual, I had a few bits missing from the supplies list.  The stamp being the main thing. However I did have a set of playing card stamps from Woodware that had the Queen of Hearts in it, so panic over.
I did think about using an actual playing card instead.  Seeing as how the other half used to play Poker for a living, there's no shortage of playing cards in our house.  Then I thought that was cheating a little - no watercolouring to do, so I decided against it.

I followed the master's instructions and stamped the Queen twice, onto watercolour card and used my Distress markers to colour her in.  The markers work beautifully on the watercolour card, they blend so easily with a touch of water.
The tag itself was coloured using Distress stains, layering the colours, drying in between, and spritzing with water.

I stamped the image onto the tag, using Black Archival ink, made a mask to cover it, and stamped the image again either side. Then added my coloured Queen over the top of the centre image  I used a small heart from the same stamp set, to add a bit more interest to the top of the tag
I didn't have any of the seasonal embossed Kraft core cardstock, so a quick rummage through my embossing folders, and a search through my bit box for a piece of black Kraftcore, and this is how it turned out .....
Not bad ....... still the heart/valentine theme.
I finished it off with some bakers twine, made the Cash Key using a bit of inked watercolour card and some Chit Chat stickers.  My pointing finger stamp is from a PaperArtsy set.

It was a bit of a rush job, but at least I made it - with a few hours to spare!   I wasn't going to miss doing my Tag now was I?!

I'm hoping to join in with Tim's latest Tattered Florals challenge (it's one of my favourite dies). Check out his blog, there's some fabulous inspiration on there from people who have already given it a go.
Mine's going to have to wait until next week though.  The old craft room door will be closing for a couple of days this weekend, I have a friend arriving tomorrow morning, and staying for the weekend.   We've loads of catching up to do.  I will be posting on the Creative Studios DT Blog first though- if I get my project finished that is.

And on that note, I'd better be off.

Thanks for popping by today.  Have a lovely weekend and I'll see you all again soon.

Time for a quick coffee break ......

Morning everyone,

Just a quickie today.  We have to get Lauren and Alex packed and to the airport as they're flying home this afternoon.  They're back over again in March, so not long until we see them.  I've just about time to tidy up before they're back here.  He may only be small, but boy can he make a mess! The lounge looks as though a tornado has hit.

I've just got time for a quick coffee break and to share this weeks Less is More entry.  I managed some 'speed crafting' yesterday while trouble was out of the way.

We're on Week 108 and the theme is .....
PAPER PIERCING

Now this is something that I never think of doing on my cards, until I see it on someone elses.  This is what I came up with ......
You may have to click on the picture to get a better look at my paper piercing, but it's actually the 'steam' coming off the coffee cups.  Not very original I know, but I was struggling to come up with something.
The cups, and the sentiment are both from a pretty little Stampin Up set called 'Tea Shoppe', and I've used Memento inks to stamp with.

Sorry it's a bit short and sweet, lots to do today.  Once Lauren and Alex are on their way home, I have to get the spare room ready again.  We have another visitor coming this weekend - my friend Sue (who I haven't seen in ages) is making her first trip to the island.  Another weekend of sightseeing coming up.  Let's hope the weather holds.  It's been glorious the last few days, a bit on the chilly side though. We got a bit blown about at Peel Castle over the weekend.

The cold didn't seem to stop Alex though, he wanted to look at everything ..... including the armour that was on show .....
You could actually try it all on, but he decided against it in the end.

Before my next visitor arrives I still have a few projects that need doing before the end of Feb. - no pressure eh!  My Timmie tag being the most important one (I know, I can't believe I haven't done it yet either!)  Hopefully I'll be back with it tomorrow, if I can get it finished, otherwise I'll be doing a bit of late night crafting and blogging - it's March on Friday (eeek!!).

Thanks for stopping by today.  Enjoy your Wednesday.

Don't forget it's my day to post over on the Indigo Blu DT Blog  This week, I've got a couple of my samples from the show at the weekend, to show you if you fancy a quick look later this afternoon.  I'll see you over there later.

How to ........ Cloudy Sky

Helloooooo,

How is everyone?  I've had a lovely family weekend with my brother and his bunch.  It was the first time they'd been over to the island so a lot of the time was spent sightseeing, and showing them around the place, and a lot of eating out (nom! nom!)
They're already planning their next trip, a weekend just wasn't long enough.  And the fact that it was freezing cold while they were here didn't put them off coming back again.

'Trouble' also arrived on the island at the weenkend, aka Alex, my grandson ......... and the house has not been the same since.
He's a bit of a handful shall we say, but I love having him here.
outside Peel Castle
First stop was the local toy shop to pick up some new train bits, then of course the main job of the day was to set it all up, with help from Grandad ....

It's like Kings Cross station in our lounge - trains coming and going all day.  And of course Thomas the Tank Engine has to be on the TV as well!!

I've managed to quietly sneak away to the old craft room for a little while, to do the 'How To' I promised last week. I'm going to have to be quick though,  before Alex finds me.  He'll want to 'help'!

Here we go ....

A quick and easy way to make a cloudy sky

This is a technique I use quite a bit, and I've had a few comments lately asking how I do it.   It's so simple and really effective.

All you need is some cardstock, a piece of copy paper, a blue ink pad (I use Distress Ink) and something to apply the ink with.  I always use stencil brushes to apply my Distress ink (Dreamweaver ones), but you can use whatever you're comfortable with - blending tool, sponge, even a piece of paper towel would do.

Cut yourself a cloud shape from the copy paper, just free-hand, you don't need to be precise.  This is mine that I've had for months .......

well used isn't it!  I've cut a new one for today though .....
Take your cloud and place it towards the top of your card where you want your sky to be .......
Hold it in place and gently apply the blue ink around the edge.  I start on the stencil and then gradually move off onto the cardstock.  Remember, you can always add more ink to make it darker, you can't take it away if you apply too much.  Start with very little ink on your brush/sponge and build it up gradually.
Move your stencil around the card leaving some white space inbetween, and repeat the inking process around the edge of your cloud stencil, until you have your sky.

To make things look as if they are floating in the clouds (balloons, aeroplanes, butterflies etc.) you need to stamp this image first, make a mask to cover it up,
and then ink your clouds in with the mask in place.
This way the blue ink doesn't alter the colour of the main image.

And there you have it .......  clouds in the sky

That's me done for today.
I think I've been rumbled.  I can hear the sound of tiny feet coming down the hallway and was that 'Grandma'
I just heard.

Thanks for popping by today.  I'll be posting on the Indigo Blu DT Blog tomorrow with some of my show samples from weekend.   You can also find me on the Craftwork Cards Blog today with a cute little Mother's Day project if you fancy a look.
a sneaky peek
Enjoy your day.  Cheerio for now.

Sneak peeks and a couple of reminders ......

Hi there,

Just a quickie before the madness of the weekend starts.
My brother and his family arrived on the island this morning, it's the first time they've been.  And I've got Lauren and Alex coming tomorrow, so we have a house full.  Just the way I like it!  I've still got a bit of tidying up to do though, so this will have to be short and sweet.

Just wanted to remind you that Kay is on the telly with Indigo Blu on Sunday - Sky channel 671/Freeview 36/Freesat 813 at 9am and 2pm.  Set your Sky boxes now, you won't want to miss it.

Here's a little sneaky peek of one of my samples that went in the post yesterday .......

And don't forget about the new Forever 21 Challenge Blog over at Indigo Blu.  Have you entered yet?  It's well worth giving it a go, the winners prize is HUGE!!!!

As it's Friday, it's my regular weekly post over on the Creative Studios DT Blog.  Check out what I've been up to this week .......
There's also a Guest Designer this week over on Sam's Blog.  The lovely Tracy Evans has been working with the Sam's new Art Houses and she's done a great little project, with full details.  Well worth a look.

That's it from me today.  A nice family weekend is coming up.  Stephen's home from work at lunchtime, and it's tea out this evening so we're off to a good start.

I hope you have a lovely weekend too, and I'll see you all next week.

Forever 21!

Happy Thursday everyone,

What an exciting day it is today.  The wait is over, all the hinting is done and the BIG day is finally here.  Yes, the Indigo Blu 'Forever 21' Challenge Blog  has gone live this morning.  What do you think?  The Forever 21 bit is because we've all decided that's what we'd like to be! so the 21st was a good day to launch.

It's going to be a monthly challenge, with a different theme each month.  Don't worry, we'll keep them relatively easy (to begin with  -  mwahhaha!!!!!!).  There's going to be fab prizes for the winner and of course a Winners Badge for you to proudly display on your Blogs.
There'll be a new challenge starting on the 21st of each month, so there's plenty of time for you to design something fabulous.  All we ask is that you follow the challenge rules - there's not many (see the Blog post for details)  Your entry can be anything at all,  so you can make cards, mini books, scrapbook pages, tags, altered art, you choose, just stick to the monthly theme.  There's a Linky thingy at the end of the post for you to enter your projects.

Exciting eh!  Well, here goes our first challenge ......

This month's theme is...........

BLUE
(we couldn't start with anything else really ..... could we!)

We want to see gorgeous Blue projects - now that can be anything at all.  I've started off with a card .......

Challenge #1   Blue
This is definitely BLUE.  It's a nice big 8x8 card and I've used the Live Laugh Love stamp set.

I made my background using Pan Pastels, blended onto a piece of the Indigo Blu Perfect Stamping Card.  I then stamped the flower randomly all over using Versamark ink and sponged over the top again with Pan Pastels.  The tacky ink picks up the colour and Voila! you get your stamped image.  Next, the tricky part (if you can call it that).  I cut myself a few masks for the flower.  The easiest, and quickest way to do this is to stamp the image onto a pad of  Post It notes, making sure that part of it is actually over where the sticky bit is.  Take off however many sheets you need - I did 6,  keep them all stuck together.  Carefully cut around your stamped image, and there you go, all your masks done at once.

Carefully mask off the flowers, you don't need to do all of them at once, just cover the ones in the area where your background stamp is going to go.  I used the Crackleglaze background and stamped using a blue Versafine ink.  Repeat over the whole of the card, moving your masks as you go.

Using one of the Rotating erasers (available on the website) I then 'coloured' my flowers.  Well, actually I supposed I took the colour away, but you know what I mean.  Made them white!  Added a piece of navy satin ribbon across the bottom,  and there you have it, background done.

I stamped more of the flowers, some leaves and the cute little bird, in Deep Lagoon Versafine ink, then cut them all out.  The little chap's been coloured using Pan Pastels again, then I've taken the colour away, just touches here and there on his wings, just to highlight.

Using my cut out flowers and leaves, along with a few paper flowers, some pearls and a beautiful Memory Box Flourish, I made a pretty arrangement in the bottom corner of my card and added a navy satin ribbon bow.

The sentiment has been stamped and cut out using one of the Nestabilites dies, inked around the edge with the die still in place with a touch of Distress ink, then layered onto some navy cardstock.
I added the little bird to finish it all off.   I don't use a lot of blue in my card making, but I like how this has all come together.

Check out the Challenge Blog to see more great 'Blue' designs from the rest of the DT.

Have we inspired you to enter?  I've said there's a monthly prize, well with it being the first challenge it's a rather special prize..........  Indigo Blu goodies to the value of a whopping £125!!!!  Yes, the lucky winner of the first Forever 21 Challenge will recieve a Flitter Glu Starter Kit, a tube of the brand new Kroma Crackle, and all 8 brand new stamp plates launching on Create and Craft on Sunday - yes, can you believe all 8 of them!!  Wow! what a prize.  But,as the saying goes .......  you have to be in it to win it.  So get crafting!!

The winner will be chosen by Mr random.org on the 20th March and will be showcased on the next Challenge Blog post.  Good luck!

Thanks for popping by.  Have a great 'Blue' day.

Up in the Air .......

Helloooo, I'm back!

A little later than I'd planned, but I'm here.

What was I saying yesterday about the sunshine ........ well I should have kept my mouth shut!  It's gone again.  That'll teach me won't it.   At least it's not raining (yet!)

First Blog challenge of the week (might be the only one unless I get a wriggle on!) - Less is More
I am getting earlier with this challenge though, I had this week's done on Monday, just haven't had time to Blog it.

It's week 107 and the theme for this challenge is .....

Up in the Air

Chrissie and Jen want to see aircraft, balloons, rockets etc.  Things that go up in the air.  Here's what I came up with .......
I've used a cute little Happy Hoppers stamp from House Mouse called 'Balloon Journey', and the sentiment is an SU stamp from the Up, Up and Away set.
The little bunny and his balloons have been coloured using watercoloured pencils, and I've layered the balloons to add a bit of dimension.

I've inked the clouds in the background using Tumbled Glass Distress ink and a hand cut mask that I've had for absolutely ages - it's well used!

It's so simple to do.  I had a comment over on the Indigo Blu DT Blog last week asking how I did this, and I said I would do a 'How To' on here.  I haven't forgotten, I just haven't time to do it yet - watch this space!

Speaking of the Indigo Blu DT Blog (ooh ..... nice link there!).  As it's Wednesday, it's the day for my regular weekly post.
Kay is back on the telly at the weekend, which means lots of new goodies.  I've been busy making samples this week and I've posted some sneaky peeks if you fancy a look.  Just follow this link
If you read the IB blog regularly you'll know that the DT have been hinting about something BIG happening soon on the Blog.  Well the wait is over, tomorrow is the big day - oooh ..... exciting!  All will be revealed.

It's back to the old craft room now.  I have to parcel up all my show samples ready to post in the morning, and then it's time to tidy up the mess.  I can't actually see the floor in places, and seeing as we've got visitors at the end of the week I think I should do something, don't you.

Thanks for popping by.  Enjoy the rest of your day.

Normal service will resume shortly (I promise!)

Hi eveyone,

Just a quick Hello from a lovely and sunny Isle of Man.  Yes, we have sunshine, for the third day in a row.  We'll be thinking it's summer next.  Hope it's nice where you are.
I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it stays like this, we have visitors coming at the weekend.  Lauren and Alex are back over for a visit arriving Saturday, and my brother and his family arrive on Friday so a busy weekend.  Lots to do before then though.

Sorry I haven't been blogging as much as I should - even the other half commented last night!  It's just that I've not had much to blog about.  I was hoping to do this post last night, but I'm afraid the Blog lost out to Daniel Craig - tough choice I know, but he won in the end!
Stephen had been told yesterday not to come home from work without the latest 007 DVD (Skyfall was released yesterday and as I hadn't seen it at the cinema I didn't want to wait any longer).  He didn't disappoint, and neither did Daniel!  I was a bit shocked at the ending though!!!

Wedding invites have taken up most of my time (and my sanity!) for the last couple of weeks, but they're all done and dusted now - yeah!!  They're all boxed up and waiting to go - my brother's taking them back with him.
I can't show you the actual invites, I think the bride-to-be should see them all finished first, don't you.  But, if you promise not to tell, I'll give you a sneaky peek ........

They do look ever so pretty, even if I say so myself.  Just hope the happy couple like them.

With those out of the way I can get back to normal.
It's just as well they were finished at the weekend,  because what did the postman bring me yesterday? ...........  a HUGE box of goodies from Indigo Blu.  Loads of new stamps (you'll want, no need, them all!) and some fab new products too.  You can find details on the website, just go to the New Releases section you'll find them all in there. Be ready with your shopping baskets - don't say I didn't warn you!

The lovely Kay Halliwell-Sutton is back on our screeens on Sunday, I think it is, on Create and Craft.  I'll confirm all the details later in the week with show times etc.  But for now, it's back to the old craft room, show samples to make.  It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it!

Thanks for popping by.  I will be back tomorrow, with a little bit of LIM.  Yes, my entry is done.  I can't quite believe it myself.   I actually made a start on it on Sunday would you believe.  One of these days I'll be there with the early entries.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

No more Wedding Invites ...... !!!!

Happy Wednesday everyone,

How's your week going?  I have a new follower I see. Welcome Samantha, it's nice to have you along.

"What's this" I hear you all saying - Less is More, before Friday,  two weeks in a row!  You're probably thinking I've nothing else to do - I Wish!!

I'm STILL doing these !??! wedding invites.  I can see light at the end of the tunnel though - thank goodness.
I said it last time I did them for someone - "I'm not doing that again".  Well, I mean it this time.  As much as I love my cardmaking, doing the same thing over, and over, and over again is just not fun.  And, when your printer decides half way through printing, that it just doesn't like the cardstock anymore, what's a girl to do!?  I'll tell you shall I - a lot of shouting, and stamping of feet (did nothing for my blood pressure I can tell you). The printer got called a few names, not very nice ones either.
However, a trip to the local computer store, an hour or so spent with a very helpful young man finding me a new printer, and a wonderful hubby who paid for the new printer, managed to sort out the problem.
It's all up and running, and all remaining invites are printed (yeah!).  They just need putting together now.

After all the messing about over the last couple of days, I thought I deserved a break,  to do something different.  Here's the result ......

It's Week 106 over at Less is More and it's the dreaded One Layer Card (OLC) Challenge, and this week's theme is .....
MUSIC
Our design has to be one layer only, have some sort of reference to music in there, and of course the all important 'White Space'.  I think I've managed it.

For my card this week I used the Penny Black stamp 'Ode to Joy' (1657K).  Hubby is a keyboard player so I had to have this one in my collection.  The sentiment is from Butterfly Kisses, another of my well-used stamps.
The little mice have been coloured using watercolour pencils - couldn't use my copics this week with it being one layer, they might have shown through.  I haven't used pencils for a while, it made a nice change.

soooo cute!
I also made time today to finish Stephen's card for tomorrow (Valentine's).  I went with the idea of using my twinchie, what do you think?  Stephen look away now, unless it is Valentine's Day when you're reading this, in which case you've already seen it, so it's fine

The inky strip was done with a bit of masking and some Barn Door Distress Ink, and my new Tim Holtz 'Simple Sayings' stamps have had their first outing today.  I'm loving this new set, there's words on there for every occasion.  It's going to be one of those sets that I go to time and time again - well worth the money.
I even did the inside too .....
awww ........
Well, it's back to the invites tomorrow, and I have to find time to play (oops ..... I mean work with) Sam Poole's latest set of stamps - Art Houses.  They're not available on the website yet, but you can get a sneaky peek at them on Sam's Blog.

I've also posted on the Indigo Blu DT Blog today.  It's Quick and Easy card designs using their latest stamp sets ......
a sneaky peek
Thanks for popping by today.  I hope you have a lovely Valentine's Day tomorrow and enjoy the rest of your week.

Cheerio for now.

Love is in the air.............

Not in our house it's not!!  I've been like a bear with a sore head today, because I've had no internet for most of it. And then it's just taken me about 3 hours to post this because Blogger has been playing silly beggars again!

All day I've had internet problems, there seems to be something wrong with our wireless thingy.  After finally speaking to tech support (aka .... hubby) he told me where to find an 'ethernet cable' so that I could actually plug my laptop into the internet (plug it in ......... how quaint!!)  Well. it worked.  I'm now connected again (yeah!) by a bright red cable that's running across Stephen's office floor - no blogging in the craft room then, the cable's not long enough.  He'll just have to put up with me taking over a desk for this evening.

It's the end of another busy week (still haven't got around to finishing those wedding invites - oops!).  I've got loads of other stuff done though, and even found time yesterday for a lovely chat with a friend, over coffee and cake in town.

It's Twinchie time again, and we're going all romantic for Challenge #2.  The girls over at Twinchie Towers have given us the theme ......
Love is in the air!

The DT have come up with some fabulous inspiration twinchies as always.  Here's my take on this month's theme ..........
I covered my twinchie with a leftover piece of paper from my bit box and then inked around the edges with Aged Mahogany Distress Ink (I think this is my favourite colour at the moment)
I covered another piece of card with the same paper then die cut the heart shapes using a Tim Holtz  Movers and Shapers die.  Again I used the same ink around the edges of the larger heart and coloured the whole of the smaller one.  I added a touch of faux stitching around the edges, some black ink for a bit of shading, then attached both hearts to my Twinchie.

The words are made up of one from the Tim Holtz Chit Chat pad (together) and the other's are a stamp from the stamp set 'Petite Pairs' from Stampin Up!  A bit more inking around the edges and a spot of matting and layering and the jobs a good un'!

I think it says it all, don't you!?  I think this may just end up on a card for my someone special (so Stephen, when you open the envelope next Thursday, please act surprised - love you!!!)

Well. I think that's me done.  Looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend.  But first I'm off to check my emails, pop onto Facebook, and  then catch up with all your blogs that I follow.  Well I haven't been able to do it all day, I don't want to miss anything.

Before I go, a quick reminder that it's my day on the DT Blog over at Creative Studios (better late than never!)  Here's a little sneaky peek just to tease you ........

Thank you for popping by today.  It's always nice to know that you're with me.  I notice I have a couple of new followers too, it's nice to have you along.
Have a lovely weekend.  I hope the weather's kind to you.  I hear there's more snow forecast for the UK over the next couple of days.  Stay cosy and warm, and keep crafting!

Time for a break ...... and relax

Happy Wednesday everyone,

What a busy morning I've had. Not doing crafty things today though, unfortunately.  I've been catching up with a load of paperwork and the housework (boring!!!).  I feel so much better now it's done though, just the mountain of ironing to finish this afternoon.  I've even got the evening meal on (thank goodness for the slow cooker!).  So, I think it's definitely time for a quick cuppa, and some chit chat with my blog pals.

First of my Blog Challenge entries this week is Less is More.  I know it's only Wednesday, a little early for me,  but I actually made this card ....... yesterday! - makes a change from the rush job on a Friday.

It's a bit of a special week over at LIM, it's their Birthday.  They're 2!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! LESS IS MORE

As it's a new month, there's also a new sponsor ........ Pink Petticoat, and  there's also some amazing guests joining in with the challenge.   Pop over and take a look at all the fab inspiration from them, and also the regular DT.

This week we have a colour challenge...........

Kraft & Kreme

They want us to use ONLY Kraft and Cream on our creations, here's mine .......
The colours a bit washed out, but it's definitely Kraft and Cream (well, it's Ivory I suppose, I hope that counts!)

I used some Bazzill Kraft cardstock, cut it slightly smaller than my base card and rounded the bottom corners.  Stamped the new Penny Black sentiment ......  moment of joy (4303F) in brown ink towards the bottom of the card, then dry embossed a couple of lines - above and below. (Sorry, these don't show up that well - didn't do a very good job at photographing this did I!)
I used the Memory Box Prim Poppy die and cut it twice from some cream (ivory) cardstock.  The first one is attached to the card using wet glue, the second one I trimmed down then attached using a foam pad under the flower.
Three tiny pearls add the finishing touch.
Hope you like it.

I was also busy yesterday with my project for this week's post on the Indigo Blu DT Blog.  I can let you have a sneaky peek .......
To see this in full, you'll have to pop over there later.

Speaking of the Indigo Blu DT Blog, keep your eyes open over there, for news of something BIG happening soon.  I can't say any more than that, it's a secret! (Oooh, I'm such a tease!!)

Thanks for popping by today.  I've enjoyed my cuppa and a 'chat'.  Enjoy the rest of your day and I'll see you later in the week.

PS  A little heads up for you.  I have a post scheduled for tomorrow over on the Craftwork Cards Blog.  There's going to be a little Giveaway from me on there.

White Rabbits! White Rabbits! White Rabbits!

Hello everyone, and a Happy February to you all!

Did you all say it this morning (White rabbits, that is) - good!  We're all going to be lucky now (yeah right!)

Another busy day ahead, so I'd better make this quick.  Stephen's home this evening (need to tidy the place up a bit) and I've still got crafty stuff to do.

I've just about made it in time for this weeks Less is More challenge.

It's Week 104 - Sketch week

Jen, from the DT has come up with Sketch #8

CAS, and the rules this week are very strict .........  the card must stay this way up, ie the horizontal band, in the lower part of the card, and take up no more than a third of the height of the cardbase .... hmmmm

This is my version ......

Another colour that I don't use a lot of - green.  I just thought this looked bright and cheery
The words stamp is from a Stampin Up! set called Happiest Birthday Wishes and I've used one of the latest In-Color ink pads - Gumball Green.  Some pretty co-ordinating striped ribbon from my stash finshes it all off.  This was so quick and simple, but I like how it's turned out.  I may just go back and do a batch all in different colours - when I have a minute!

Well, that's it! I said it would be quick.  Friday's my regular day to post on the Creative Studios DT Blog and I haven't come up with anything yet this week (eek!)  It's time I put on the old thinking cap and hope and pray that Mr Mojo is ready to play nice (please let my luck start now!)

Thanks for popping by today.  Have a lovely weekend and I'll see you again next week.
